<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit such wide-ranging functions that loading, protecting a child seat, detecting a fastening state of a belt so as to determine a length of a pulled out web and the like, by a rejection state activated by rolling back a web belt completely then pulling therein, under the same electromechanical basic design. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a frame 30, a belt reel 32 rotatably mounted on the flame, an electric motor drive device 10 connected to the belt reel, a locking mechanism which selectively stops the belt reel, and a car sensitive sensor. The locking mechanism is activated by an actuator 34. In an electronic control device, an input interface and an output interface are provided. The car sensitive sensor is connected to the input interface and the actuator 34 and the electronic motor drive body 10 are connected to the output interface.</p> |
