PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk top panel capable of protecting a user's privacy without deteriorating the lighting on the desk top, and securing an environment for the user to concentrate on the work. SOLUTION: The desk top panel 4, erected at an edge of the top 2 of a desk 1 for shutting the view of a user, has a lighting part made of a translucent sheet material 5 at least at a part of the panel.
