PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent troubles which are often caused in a cord winding type earphone microphone or the like. SOLUTION: The electroacoustic transducer 1, provided with electroacoustic transducer sections 9, 10 that convert an electrical signal into sound or vice versa and with a cord 3 electrically connecting the electroacoustic transducer sections 9, 10 to the input output destination of the electrical signal, is provided with a reel 6 that is supported freely turnably to wind up the cord 3, to which an end of the electroacoustic transducer sections is fixed and with the electroacoustic transducer sections 9, 10 in such a way that they turned integrally with the reel 6.
