External surface of flexible hold-down device may be made flat or in the form of convex cone with top angle of 175-178 deg. Flexible hold-down device has disk spring and central disk with flat surface on side of capacitor stack, its diameter being equal to 0.5-0.7 of stack diameter. Central disk is provided on side of stack with cylindrical or toroidal ledge and central bore of disk spring has drilling on side of stack ensuring reliable joint between central disk and disk spring.
