PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high accuracy clock with aiming adjustment mechanism capable of alarming at an exact time, easy confirmation of set time and easy and fine setting of the alarming time. SOLUTION: A high accuracy alarm clock with an aiming adjustment mechanism comprises both of an indicator 16 for digital-indicating the alarm time and an aiming hand for analog-indicating the alarm time. When the aiming adjustment mechanism 42 is operated and the aiming hand is moved, an alarm time is set in the alarm time setting means 34 based on the signal gained from the operation and the alarm time is digital-indicated on the indicator 16 based on the alarm time information.
