PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pain or a damage when a person provided with a manufactured artificial anus or artificial bladder (stoma) is externally contacted at his stoma part with an article. SOLUTION: The pouch cover comprises a cover body 11 covering the upper part of a pouch 4 and having a strength not to be pressure collapsed, coupling parts 12 provided at both sides of the body 11, and an opening 13 provided at the lower part of the body 11 to draw the lower part of the pouch 4 into the body. The pouch 4 is mounted at a flange 2 adhered to a human body around the stoma 1, the upper part of the pouch 4 is covered with the body 11, the lower part of the pouch is drawn from the opening 13, and the pouch is fixedly held at the human body by a band coupled to the parts 12. Thus, even when a hard article A is contacted with the human body, the article A is received by the body 1 so that no impact is applied to the stoma 1.
