PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract a mulch film tightly wound in a roll state from a winding shaft in a winding apparatus for the mulch film. SOLUTION: This winding apparatus is equipped with a main shaft 27 circularly driving by a driving force, component members 28 of the winding shaft arranged on the concentric circle of the peripheral of the main shaft 27 in plural number, a supporting plate 33 on the left side fixed to the main shaft 27, a supporting plate 35 on the right side installed so as to be removable to the main shaft 27, a roller 43, etc. The component members 28 of the winding shaft are each connected with the main shaft 27 through parallel links 46 and 46 and vary the diameter of the winding shaft by sliding along the main shaft 27. The mulch film in the roll state is extracted by removing a drop-preventing member 31, extracting a bearing 32, further extracting a boss member 29 from the main shaft 27 and shrinking the diameter of the winding shaft by sliding the component members 28 of the winding shaft to the right side after wound.
