PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal equipment capable of synthesiz ing additional pieces of information to a transmission/reception document by a size desired by individual users. SOLUTION: The magnification for synthesizing transmitting-time additional information such as the name of a call-originating source, to a transmitting document data is set in accordance with setting operation input. The magnification of additional information at transmission is varied with a prescribed reference size as a reference to be the resultant information is synthesized with the transmitting document data for transmission.
