FIELD: stabilization of polypropylene fibers not containing traditionally used phenol antioxidants. SUBSTANCE: fibers contain from 0.05 to 5.0 wt. % of stabilizing mixture of sterically hindered amine, phosphite or phosphonite and hydroxylamine taken in ratio from 1:1:1 to 100:2:1, respectively. Fibers are light and heat resistant under conditions of durable exposure, resistant to ultraviolet rays they are also stable to decolorization by gases and to locking color without losses of any other stabilizing properties.
