PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the advertiser of a small budget to perform advertisement using a celebrity by allowing a voice-registration to simply store voice by a telephone set connected to a public telephone network, allowing a user to only input the kind of the celebrity's voice, distribution data and a telephone number to distribute from Web to automatically dial and distribute an advertising voice and the voice of the celebrity from a voice distributor to a terminal equipment having a designated telephone number at a prescribed data, and restricting the advertising voice of each advertiser by the number of distribution, in advertisement utilizing the celebrity. SOLUTION: The voice registration store voice information files in a voice storing means 9 by the a registration's terminal 1 connected to a public network 2 and the advertising voice us stored in an advertising information storing means 15. The user only inputs and transmits the voice code of the celebrity to distribute, the telephone number of a distributing information and the distributing data by a user terminal 10 connected with the Internet network 11 and capable of using Web, thereby a voice distributor (center) distribute the designated celebrity's voice and the advertising voice automatically to a sending terminal 18 having a telephone number designated by an automatic calling means 17 on the designated data.
