PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector which is capable of efficiently cooling a light valve, facilitates the downsizing of a fan and can lessen electric power and noise. SOLUTION: The cooling means of the projector having the cooling means for cooling the light valve has a fan and a flow passages for introducing the cooling air from the fan to the light valve. The fan comprises a centrifugal fan. |
