PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter circuit immune to a power supply noise or external noise with a comparatively simple circuit for an integrated circuit for radio communication equipment dealing with fine power. SOLUTION: This integrated circuit for radio communication equipment is constituted by using a balanced Gm-C filter and the balanced Gm-C filter is applied to the band pass filter of the integrated circuit for radio communication equipment. Further, the balanced Gm-C filter is arranged on the prestage of an amplifier and a mixer circuit having the fixed gain of the integrated circuit for radio communication equipment.
