SOLUTION: N-type and p-type material powder is arranged alternately, is subjected to compression molding to p/n/p/n/p/ for sintering in one piece, thus reducing losses due to electrode junction to almost zero. Also, by joining the powder to a p-n junction part, that is located at high-temperature and low- temperature sides when temperature gradient is given to the thermoelectric conversion element via heterogeneous metal for forming elements, electromotive force and electrical energy are improved.
