PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of excellently manufacturing a cushion structure comprising a square frame and a net fixed to respective frame parts of the frame with its respective terminals wound around the respective frame parts stretched over the frame. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method adopts the net 13 having the terminals in four sides respectively fixed with plate-like fixing members 14. The net 13 is stretched and provided over the frame 10a by stretching the net 13, placing the frame 10a on the stretched net 13, pressing the net 13 such that the pressing force of the frame 10a tenses up the net 13, winding the respective terminals of the net 13 around the respective frame parts, and fixing the respective fixing members 14 to the frame parts of the frame 10a.
