PURPOSE: A control method of fuel injection amount of an injector is provided to accurately control the fuel injection amount of an injector by detecting a distributive compensation term according to characteristics of cylinders after detecting the fuel injection amount in accordance with an engine rpm and intake air amount. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling the fuel injection amount of an injector comprises the steps of: calculating air-fuel ratios according to an intake air amount and engine rpm; deciding the difference between the air-fuel ratios with a reference air-fuel ratio; linearizing for respective cylinders in accordance with the engine rpm to the fuel amount and an intake amount to a fuel amount by using air-fuel ratios of the cylinders and the reference air-fuel ratio; obtaining intrinsic factors of the cylinders by using the linearization; obtaining a distributed compensation term by using the fuel injection intrinsic factors of the cylinders; and calculating fuel injection amount by using the distributive compensation term. According to the control of the fuel injection amount, torque fluctuation among the cylinders is reduced while redundancy to knocking is increased.
