NETWORK RESOURCE MANAGING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR QUALITY OF SERVICE GUARANTEE

PURPOSE: A network resource managing device for a QoS(Quality of Service) guarantee is provided to control an acceptability of a call, on the basis of current available bandwidth information parameters for each link. CONSTITUTION: A call acceptance request transceiver(201) receives a call acceptance request from a user, and transmits a received result to the user. A path decider(202) receives the call acceptance request, and decides a path having a network resource requested by the user, on the basis of current available network resource information. A network device controller(203) transmits a resource assigning request to a network device which can guarantee a QoS(Quality of Service) according to a result of the path decider(202).
