PURPOSE: An association establishment structure of service management systems and a method thereof for number portability are provided to exchange information without disclosure of the information to the exterior. CONSTITUTION: The master service management system(MSMS)(10) provides data required for the number portability(NP) capability supply among carriers to the local service management system(LSMS)(11). The LSMS(11) executes the function of transmission and management for routing information and global title translation(GTT) information and the like. The service control system(13) establishes the NP database and GTT database. The subscriber administration system(SAS)(12) takes over and processes the NP and termination of the service from the subscribers.
