DEVICE FOR GRINDING OF DRAWING FACE OF SHAFT FURNACE

PURPOSE: A grinding device for the drawing face of a shaft furnace is provided to prevent the leakage of fireproof materials by tightly sticking a mud gun to a protruded portion without power, to prevent a crank and gas leakage by minimizing shock applied to the shaft furnace and to accurately grind the protruded portion with the each replacement of a grinding plate. CONSTITUTION: A grinding device of a drawing face in a shaft furnace contains a body unit(100) in which a through hole is formed in one side of a case(120) separately fixed to the nozzle tip of a mud gun and a fixing cover(160) is combined with the other side of the case through holes; a grinding plate(200) fixed to the outside of the fixing cover with a washer(240) and a nut(250) with many bits(210) and a supporting rod(220); and a grinding plate driving unit(300) inserting a spring(310) into the supporting rod to be supported by the grinding plate and the case, installing a rotating wheel(350) having a screw thread and a ratchet to be engaged with a screw thread(320) of the supporting rod, and installing a stopper(370) inside the case.
