PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to improve heat-exchanging performance, and to increase productivity by excluding a process connecting a refrigerant pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises front and rear extrusion tube lines(2) having a heating pin(3); side plates(41,42) reinforcing both sides; a header inserting an upper end of the extrusion tube line; an upper header pipe(5) composed of a tank(52) adhered to the header; a lower header pipe formed by a lower tank(62) connected to a header inserting a lower end of the extrusion tube line; a baffle(55) closing a middle portion of the header pipe; and a side face connect tank(66). The lower tank is divided with upper and lower oil passages(622) divided into front and rear passages(625). A left face of the lower tank installs a refrigerant inletting port and a discharging port. Moreover, a right face of the lower tank mounts a refrigerant inlet hole connected to the rear passage, and a refrigerant discharging hole connected to lower passage. The side face-connecting tank includes the refrigerant discharging and inlet holes on the right side of the lower tank.
