PURPOSE: An apparatus for collecting coke of the top ascending pipe in a blast furnace is provided to prevent load generation of a dust collector by preventing red heat coke having a low specific gravity from being passed through the top ascending pipe and collected in the dust collector. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a body part (100) connected to an upper top ascending pipe (120A) and a lower top ascending pipe which are divided at the upper and lower sides of a collecting hopper having a reverse conical shape, wherein a plurality of temperature sensors (130A,130B) are installed at the upper and side surfaces of the collecting hopper respectively; a coke collecting part (200) equipped with a branched pipe (210) one end of which is connected to the upper top ascending pipe and other end of which is located at the inner side of the collecting hopper, a plurality of blades (220) fixed to the inner side of the branched pipe by protrusions projected at both sides of the branched pipe, wherein one end of the blades is connected to a cylinder (230) which is fixed at the upper side of the collecting hopper, and a coke collision plate (250) installed at the lower part of the branched pipe, wherein a vibrating sensor (240) is installed at the coke collision plate; and a coke discharging part (300) equipped with penetrating holes each of which are formed at both sides of the lower top ascending pipe connected to the bottom surface of the collecting hopper, a plate inserting hole formed at one side of the collecting hopper, and an arc shaped gate installed one side of the collecting hopper so that the gate is inserted into the inner side of the penetrating holes and the plate inserting hole, wherein a cylinder (330) is connected to one side of the gate.
