DECK ASSEMBLY BODY OF DISK PLAYER

摘要

PURPOSE: A deck assembly body of disk player is provided to restrict damage of optical pickup unit effectively by having a restriction part facing to the second end part of optical pickup unit in state of contacting a first end part to a stopper. CONSTITUTION: A deck plate(1) is equipped. A guide rod(20) is installed at the deck plate(1). An optical pickup unit(50) is combined to make a first end part of both end part be sliding at the guide rod(20) in order to be made a horizontal movement along longitudinal direction of the guide rod(20). A guide rail(30) arranged parallel to the guide rod(20) at the deck plate(1) and is inserted at the other end part of the optical pickup unit to prevent up and down traveling of the second end part of the optical pickup unit. A stopper(80) limits movement range of the optical pickup unit by contacting to the first end part on the way of movement of the optical pickup unit. A restriction part(31) is placed which is facing to the second end part in a designated interval in a longitudinal direction of the guide rod in state of contacting a first end part to a stopper. The second end part of the optical pickup unit is constituted to be able to contact with the restriction part when rotation moment is added to the optical pickup unit by collision of the stopper and the first end part(51) of the optical pickup unit.
