PURPOSE: An integrated wireless local loop terminal apparatus and a control method thereof are provided to be capable of securing an expansion characteristic by making an integrated wireless local loop terminal be interconnected with a general telephone. CONSTITUTION: A base station(10) plays a role of performing wireless connection between an exchanger and a terminal. A terminal(70) is connected with the base station(10) by wireless and with a plurality of general telephones(40) by wire. The terminal(70) recognizes a dial button digit pushed through the general telephones(40) to display a number corresponding to the dial button digit on a CD and related message and state. The general telephone(40) performs a telephone communication function and is connected with the terminal(70) by wire. A personal computer(50) is connected to the terminal(70) by wire and processes data transferred through the terminal(70).
