Utilizing commercially available writing instruments (e.g. ballpoint pens, fountain pens, felt tip pens, pencils, etc.) as a starting basis, the stamp with rubber, the spring, etc., are installed in or on their rear housing,fitted as shown in the drawing. The writing utensil could be made both in metal and in plastic. Due to the microporous rubber (see attachment), a permanent renewed inking of the stamp is avoided. However, using the stamp over a prolonged period is possible. The utensil could therefore also be used and produced, for example, as a disposable ballpoint pen (when the insert and stamping ink have been used) or also as a more valuable utensil for renewed inking or replacing the insert. This writing utensil with stamp can be used anywhere in the entire sphere of business and home life, particularly where a certain amount of hectic activity determines the work. Seen in today's terms, its use could be advantageous especially in the sphere of gastronomy.
