PURPOSE: A method for controlling a queue of a control station in a mobile communication system is provided to prevent a system from failing, and to prevent a queue interrupted phenomenon generated in an abnormal state, so as to efficiently perform a call process on an OS(Operating System) and to increase a system stability. CONSTITUTION: If a queue for a message storage is normal(S1), a mobile communication system stores time information whose message is stored in the queue as a database type(S2). The mobile communication system drives a timer for queue control task performing(S3,S5), and identifies whether a process completion signal is received(S4). If so, the mobile communication system removes a queue index message in the queue, after predetermined time(S7). If the process completion signal is not received, the mobile communication system retrieves whether the timer expires(S6,S8). If so, the mobile communication system extracts a message storage time from the queue(S9). If the storage time is exceeded(S11), the mobile communication system removes entire messages of a queue index(S12).
