PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transporting marine hose capable of detecting the abnormality of a hose even in a rough weather and further surely detecting the presence of abnormality even in a non-pressurized state having no pressurization by a transporting fluid. SOLUTION: This fluid transporting marine hose comprises an outer skin rubber layer 8 arranged on the circumference of a hose body through a buoyancy material 6 and a secondary reinforcing layer 7. When a fluid is leaked in the hose body, the whole hose is longitudinally extended by the pressurization by the transporting fluid. The folding part 9 of the outer skin rubber layer 8 is formed in an optional position of the hose. When the hose is longitudinally extended by the leakage, the outer skin rubber layer 8 folded in the folding part 9 is uniformly flatly protruded.
