PURPOSE: A detergent composition for kitchen is provided, which has effects to absorb deodorant and sterilize as well as wash kitchen utensils altogether. CONSTITUTION: The detergent composition for kitchen comprises: (i) glyoxal 0.01-5wt.%; (ii) one or more minerals 0.01-5wt.% selected from magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride and zinc chloride; (iii) one or more organic acids 0.5-20wt.% selected from citric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, tartaric acid, sorbic acid, ascorbic acid, lactic acid, and gluconic acid; (iv) one or more mint oil 0.005-5wt.% selected from eucalyptol, thymol, eugenol, methyl salicylate, menthol, menthone, and herb mint; (v) one or more pH regulating agent selected from sodium carbonate, potassium hydroxide, tri-ethanolamine, diethanolamine, and monoethanolamine to make pH reach 4-5; and (vi) a viscosity regulating agent selected from solvents such as ethanol, isopropanol, isobutanol, propylene glycol, or ethylene glycol.
