PURPOSE: A monitor camera is provided to reduce cost and improve assembly efficiency by reducing number of components. CONSTITUTION: A lower plate(100) has a concave semi-spherical frictional plane(110), extended to the bottom direction with a determined curvature. A guide boss(200) has a penetration hole(210) extended to the top direction from the center of the semi-spherical frictional plane(110) of the lower plate(100). A screw(220) is connected with the penetration hole(210). An upper plate(300) has a protruding semi-spherical part(310) and a guide hole(320). A semi-spherical frictional apparatus(400) provides friction to the contact area between the upper plate(300) and the lower plate(100). It is elastically supported on top of the upper plate(300) through the screw(220).
