摘要 PURPOSE: A method for joining an iron alloy with a copper alloy is provided which solves burning and seizure problems during using and the separation of a copper lubricating layer from the iron alloy generated during the post-treatment process such as heat treatment and cutting processing. CONSTITUTION: The method for joining an iron alloy with a copper alloy comprises the processes of forming a spherical surface part on an iron alloy material; spraying copper alloy powder on the spherical surface part; first sintering the copper alloy powder sprayed iron alloy material at a temperature of 600 to 900 deg.C; and second sintering the pressed first sintered material after pressing the first sintered copper alloy powder sprayed iron alloy material at a pressure of 3 to 5 tons/cm2 at an ordinary temperature, wherein the copper alloy powder comprises 1 to 10 wt.% of a lubricating agent, 3 to 20 wt.% of a matrix reinforcing agent and a balance of Cu, wherein the lubricating agent are one or more materials selected from Pb, MoS2 and graphite, wherein 3 to 15 wt.% of Sn or 1 to 15 wt.% of Ni is added as a matrix reinforcing agent, and wherein the method further comprises an ordinary temperature pressing process after the second sintering process.
