PURPOSE: An insulation head nozzle of a marking machine is provided to prevent electric shock accidents during usual checking by insulating high voltage impressed to a head of a welding machine, thereby blocking the voltage from the head. CONSTITUTION: In an insulation head nozzle of a marking machine using a welding arc on the scene of labour, the insulation head nozzle of a marking machine comprises a wire cutter (C) for cutting an aluminum wire (2) which is mounted to prevent electro shock accidents occurred since the current is supplied through a high voltage aluminum wire during welding by an aluminum wire supplied for the welding, thereby blocking a high voltage difference counter flown to a wire bundle in advance, wherein the cutter cuts every 10 cm of the wire whenever it advances so as to cut out the flow of a high voltage from a welding machine through a media of the wire.
