METHOD FOR PREDICTING SIGNAL HUNTING WITH CONTINUOUS CASTING MONITORING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A predicting method of a signal hunting is provided to optimize a casting variable by predicting a hunted state. CONSTITUTION: A displacement of a driven roll, current, a casting speed, a sliding gate and a hunting of an equipment movement are measured at real time. Mean values of 1minute, 5minutes and 10minutes for hunting data during a casting except a non-casting section are managed. A hunting state of the billet and an equipment is predicted by connecting a quality of a billet and a casting condition with a hunted degree. A secondary cooling pattern is adjusted with the predicted hunting state.
