摘要 PURPOSE: An optimal design method of an HVAC(heating, ventilation and air conditioning) air-handling assembly for a climate control system is provided to reduce working hours and expenses by designing optimally and promptly, and to analyze performance by using automated design parameter according to design, manufacturing and engineering. CONSTITUTION: A basic design of an HVAC air-handling assembly is performed(210), and the performance of the basic design of the HVAC air-handling assembly is analyzed with applying engineering analysis technique(220). The model for basic design of the HVAC air-handling assembly is generated with a design tool such as CAD(computer aided design), and the surfaces are operated with a library. The basic design model is analyzed with an analyzing tool such as computational fluid dynamics. The basic design of the HVAC air-handling assembly is modified based on the analysis of the performance(235). The design of the HVAC air-handling assembly is generated with applying the optimal basic design of the HVAC air-handling assembly. The HVAC air-handling assembly is designed promptly and efficiently.
