PURPOSE: A refrigerator door handle mounting structure is provided to achieve an improved accuracy of door size by coupling the door handle to the door after formation of heat insulation layer to the door, while allowing the door handle and holder to be easily replaced. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator door handle mounting structure comprises a door handle(20) mounted to a door(10) so as to open/close the door; a holder(30) coupled to the outer surface of the door and to the interior of the door handle, and which mounts the door handle to the door; and a bracket(15) having a coupling screw(16) extended from the interior of the door and protruded from the front surface of the door, and which supports the holder from the inside of the door. The holder has a horizontal coupling hole(32) for coupling with the bracket, and a vertical coupling hole(34) for coupling with the door handle. The coupling screw of the bracket is coupled to the horizontal coupling hole, so that the holder is coupled to the bracket arranged at the inside of the door. A bolt(28) is coupled to the vertical coupling hole formed at the inside of the door handle, so that the holder is coupled to the door handle.
