PURPOSE: An inter-telephone exchange traffic predicting and designing device is provided to accomplish an independent modularization structure. Therefore, it is possible to improve functions of each module, and prediction reliability by introducing an SPA prediction method. CONSTITUTION: A network unit(10) collects data with other operation/maintenance systems, and makes distributed operators operate by connecting with design servers. A data input unit(20) generates primitive data and application data, and classifies data as the primitive data, basic data, common data and design application data in order to manage the inputted data. A processor unit(30) predicts an exchange relay traffic, and performs an exchange relay design and a station design. A database(40) stores the data inputted from the data input unit(20), past data collected until now and data inputted from the other systems. An output unit(50) draws up a design result according to a result inquiry as a report, and output the report.
