DEVICE FOR DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING GRINDSTONE IN ROLL POLISHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A disassembling and assembling device for a grindstone is provided to automatically assemble and disassemble a grindstone flange for eliminating danger in manual operation while improving workability. CONSTITUTION: A deceleration motor(17) is driven by a manipulation switch(20) for transferring a transfer trolley. Thus, a new grindstone(2) is conveniently transferred. A waste grindstone flange is assembled in a quick changer(4). Then, a grindstone flange fixing plate(30-1) is fixed in a grindstone flange cover by using an assembling apparatus. Then, a hydraulic cylinder is horizontally transferred to assemble and disassemble the grindstone flange. Herein, the grindstone is automatically assembled and disassembled to reduce time and to prevent danger in replacing the grindstones. Thus, workability and safety are improved.
