PURPOSE: A sheet of an illumination device is provided to make the wavy bending of a sheet having high thermal expansion/contraction property and to make base material easily deformed by thermal stress. CONSTITUTION: A sheet(7) is disposed within an illumination device(1). The sheet is mounted at an illumination device body(3) by being sandwiched with at least a part in a thickness direction between the illumination device body and a frame(4) mounted thereon. The sheet is curled by heat. The sheet includes a notch for preventing bending caused by the curling at least at one point of the segment to be sandwiched between the frame and the illumination device body.
