METHOD FOR TESTING ABRASION OF SLEEVE IN DRIVING CONNECTION PORTION OF COLD ROLLER

PURPOSE: A testing method of an abrasion in a sleeve is provided to prevent a reduction of quality by vibration or reduce a change of hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic bender signal of a working roll is withdrawn from a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller). The hydraulic bender signal is converted to a digital signal and sent to a testing computer. A rotating frequency and a peripheral frequency are detected by analyzing a frequency of the hydraulic bender signal. A size of the peripheral frequency is compared with a size of a normal rotating frequency. A sleeve is worn away when the peripheral frequency is larger than the rotating frequency.
