GYPSUM BOARD USING SLAG

摘要

PURPOSE: A gypsum board hardened in a short time slag and cement instead of conventional rapid-hardening agent is provided which are excellent in strength and adhesion to a master sheet. CONSTITUTION: The gypsum board comprises 100pts.wt. of calcined gypsum(CaSO4-1/2H2O), 5-60pts.wt. of slag having 5000cm2/g of surface area, 5-40pts.wt. of Portland cement, where the amount of slag and cement is based on 100pts.wt. of calcined gypsum. The board is manufactured by mixing the above composition with water.
