摘要 PURPOSE: An after service method for mobile terminals is provided to optimize the operations of a mobile terminal by connecting the mobile terminal and an A/S(After Service) center through a radio communication network. CONSTITUTION: In case that it is judged that a mobile terminal is in an abnormal condition(S400), a user decides whether he will execute a self-diagnosis function or ask an A/S center(S401). If the user wants to ask the A/S center, he dials the phone number of the A/S center and sets up a call with the A/S center(S408). If the call is set up, the A/S center transmits a remote control message to the mobile terminal(S409). The mobile terminal transmits its state information to the A/S center according to the remote control message(S410). The A/S center analyzes the state information of the mobile terminal and judges whether the mobile terminal is being operated abnormally(S411). In case that it is judged that the mobile terminal is being operated abnormally, the A/S center corrects the state of the mobile terminal and transmits a control message to optimize the call performance of the mobile terminal(S413). The mobile terminal corrects its own operation state according to the control message and notifies the A/S center of a result(S414). The A/S center analyzes the notified result again to judge whether the mobile terminal is being operated normally and the performance got optimized(S415).
