<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the non-slip sheet composed of small projections, at the top of each of which a recess is provided and the foot of each of which is beveled, by a method wherein a template with a large number of holes is placed on one side of the sheet under the state that a desired gap is provided between the sheet and the template and liquid synthetic resin is spread from the top surface and solidified. CONSTITUTION:The template 10 provided with a large number of holes 11 is placed on one side of the sheet (a) under the state that a desired gap is provided between the sheet (a) and the template 10. Then, liquid synthetic resin for producing non-slip projections is spread from the top surface of the template 10 and said resin is solidified. As a result, the non-slip sheet 1 composed of a large number of synthetic resin non-slip small projections 2, which are fixed onto one side of the sheet (a) and the foot of each of which is beveled and at the top of each of which a recess 3 is provided, is obtained. In such a manner as described above, the non-slip sheet, which satisfactorily imperts non-slip effect and yet gives only a slight feeling of physical disorder to human body, can be produced easily.</p> |
