PURPOSE: A duct structure of an air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to prevent the frosting of a quarter trim and increase the amount of the wind of the air conditioner by separating an air duct from the quarter trim and forming an inside of the air duct uniformly in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION: A duct structure of an air conditioner for a vehicle includes a first air duct(4) mounted between a quarter trim(2) and an inner panel(3) to be mounted at a predetermined position of an upper end of the quarter trim at a side and to be fixed to a second air duct(5) and the inner panel at the other side, and the second air duct connected to a third air duct(6) to be connected to the air conditioner, wherein a front end of the first air duct is coupled with an inside of an air vent(7) and separated from the quarter trim at a side surface.
