PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muse pad reduced at its thickness, having soft touch and a sense of a high-grade article, allowed to be optionally and repeatedly stuck/peeled to/from an object and having performance not lowered even when the pad is washed with water. SOLUTION: The mouse pad 1 is formed of a base material 11 consisting of a PET sheet, artificial skin is fixed to the surface of the base material 11 by a bonding agent to form a contact surface 22 to be brought into contact with a bal on the bottom of a mouse. An adhesive layer 31 having washing resistance is formed on the rear face of the base material 11 so that the base material 11 can be optionally stuck/peeled to/from the object. After printing ultraviolet curing type application ink to the base material 11, the layer 31 is fixed and formed by ultraviolet rays.
