摘要 PURPOSE: A clutch operation mechanism for a car prevents the increase of a leg power in a clutch pedal by increasing a hydraulic pressure ratio which is supplied to a release cylinder when a definite power is added to a push rod because of the abrasion of a clutch disk and so forth. CONSTITUTION: A clutch operation mechanism comprises a cylinder(6), a first piston(8), a second piston(10), a push rod(12), a first spring(14), a second spring(16) and a release cylinder. The cylinder has a first and a second hydraulic pressure feeding inlets(2, 4) connected to a master cylinder and a first and a second chambers(20, 24) connected to the feeding inlets each other. The first and the second pistons(8, 10) move to the chambers(20, 24) horizontally to be operated by a hydraulic pressure from the feeding inlets(2, 4). The push rod(12) is mounted through the first piston(8) with connecting to a release fork forward and to the second piston(10) backward. The release cylinder has a control member controlling the hydraulic pressure when the clearance of the push rod is changed because of the abrasion of a clutch disk and so forth. Therefore, the clutch operation mechanism operates a clutch sufficiently even when the leg power of a clutch pedal is small.
