LOCKING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR REAR HOLDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a locking protrusion from damage, caused by a jig. SOLUTION: An engagement groove 15 and a guide groove 16 are provided adjacent to each other on an outer surface 14a of a side surface 14 of a housing 11. The guide groove 16 is formed at a position at which the guide groove 16 can be seen from a rear side of the housing 11. A locking arm 18 is formed integrally with a side wall 17 of a rear holder 12 in a direction along an axis. A locking protrusion 22 engaged with the engagement groove 15 of the housing 11 is provided on the locking arm 18, and a pressed part 23 pressed by a jig is formed integrally with the locking arm 18 at a position on a side of the locking protrusion 22 and facing the guide groove 16. In order to release the engagement between the housing 11 and the rear holder 12, the jig is inserted into the guide groove 16, while the guide groove 16 is watched by eyes so that the jig does not collide with the locking protrusion 22.
