SOLUTION: A communication control 10 controls a frame buffer memory 101 to temporarily store a command frame sent with multi frames and controls a command analytic part 103 to analyze the contents of the temporarily stored command frame, to judge whether or not this command frame is required for the communication and to store only a command frame judged to be required for the communication in a multi-frame buffer memory 102.
