PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a region-limited service network, where a service provider can economize a home delivery cost and advertisement expense, and also a service user can conveniently obtain information bearing closely on livelihood and the region and merchandise at a low cost by utilizing a connection environment to an open type network, such as the Internet and transmitting and receiving information for region limited services only among contractors. SOLUTION: This network consists of a region limited network 2 connected to an open type network 1, where the use is not limited via a dedicated line 23, a plurality of terminals 3 connected to the network 2, a connecting means to the open type network provided in each terminal and a contractor authenticating means for the region limited services, and a server 4 which is connected to either the open type network or the region limited network and transmits and receives the information for the region limited services to/from a terminal provided with the contractor authenticating means, by using the connecting means to the open type network.
