PURPOSE: A transmitting/receiving device, a transmitting/receiving cell and a transmitting/receiving station for electromagnetic, and a method for hopping a frequency are provided to hop a frequency variously. CONSTITUTION: Two hybrid couplers, which are the first and second combiners(11,12), and broadband couplers combine signals transmitted from 4 transmitters(1,2,3,4). Two filters are installed at the broadband coupler, and the filters confirm a frequency range and each transmitter can transmit a signal within an assigned frequency range. The filter especially accommodates several frequency channels and then can perform synthesizer hopping. In addition, the method combining the synthesizer hopping with the base band hopping especially has advantages in the transmitter/receiver of this invention in order to ensures effective utilization of channels.
