PURPOSE: A condensing waste heat removing and recycling device is provided to condense refrigerant gas generated in freezing cycle by composing a condensing coil in a condensing radiant tank, and to use condensation heat removed in condensing process into hot water or heating hot water energy. CONSTITUTION: A condensing waste heat removing and recycling device comprises a condensing radiant tank(3) flowing cold water; a condensing radiant coil(4) received in the condensing radiant tank; a second dispersion pipe(12) connected to a third water induce pipe(62) while being mounted on a lower portion of the condensing radiant coil; an evaporator(8) receiving refrigerant fluid through an extension valve(9) of an indoor device via a refrigerant liquid pipe(42); and a condensing hot water discharge pipe(70) connected to an upper portion of a condensing hot water tank(1). Condensing heat of non-condensing refrigerant flowing the condensing radiant coil is absorbed by the cold water as condensing refrigerant letting in by the second dispersion pipe. Thereby, the refrigerant gas is condensed, and condensed hot water is supplied through the condensing hot water discharge pipe to recycle condensing waste heat.
