DIGITAL INTERFACE APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A digital interface apparatus is provided to transform and record a screen image displayed on DTV and other screen image to a DVCR (Digital Video Cassette Recorder) through 1394 interface by transforming a DVB data format drawing out a signal selecting location from a VSB (Vestigial-sideband) unit. CONSTITUTION: A VSB (Vestigial-sideband) unit(20) performs a decoding of a specific channel, and performs a synchronous detection. A formatter unit(80) restores a first signal transformed from the VSB unit(20) or a second signal format transformed through an external cable to a predetermined format. A selecting unit(70) selects and outputs one of the second signals restored through the formatter unit(80) and the signal received through the VSB unit(20). A display unit is outputted from the selecting unit(70).
