PURPOSE: A thermostatic system of an air conditioner is provided to adjust temperature automatically by controlling an air conditioner depending on detected temperature of a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner controller(2) operates an air conditioner(6) when a user operates a start switch(1) having set reference indoor temperature. The air conditioner is run and an operator(3) operates sensing values of each sensor(4) wit set temperatures. A total signal therefrom is fed to the air conditioner controller. Thereby, the air conditioner is run normally. The plural sensors have different temperatures gradually. When the operator obtains the new temperature, a compensating temperature estimator(5) decides whether indoor temperature is met with target temperature. If so, the air conditioner is run regularly. Otherwise, the operator changes the value by increasing 1deg.C per minute if difference between the indoor temperature and the target temperature is higher than 3deg.C. The air conditioner is controlled until the changed value becomes proper. Therefore, temperature is automatically adjusted by the estimated value.
