<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera capable of stably detecting a focus even in the case where a camera shake has occurred. SOLUTION: The electronic camera is provide with an image pickup means 12 for photoelectrically transducing an object image photodetected through a photographic lens and forming image information, focus detecting means 17 and 60 for detecting a focus based on the image information, a camera shake detecting means 62 for detecting a value related to the camera shake and a switching means 60 for switching the focus detecting condition of the focus detecting means based on the detection result by the camera shake detecting means.</p> |
